• The best possible care and attention has been given to the construction and content of our webshop. However no rights can be derived from the information given in our webshop. FXbrands B.V. is not liable for any consequences that may occur as a result from using our webshop, in particular from the information and products in our webshop or its employees.
  
  
• Inappropriate use of texts, logos, images or pictures from our webshop is prohibited.
  
  
• The use of information, materials or products from our webshop is done at the customer's own risk.
  
  
• No warranty applies to any car customisation product, in particular when fitted or used, unless explicitly issued and indicated as such by its manufacturer(s).
  
  
• For the actual usage of products from our webshop, you are required to follow the instructions or (installation) manuals that are supplied with it, when available. In case of any doubt or questions about the installation, it is strongly advised to contact us or the manufacturer directly for more information. It is the customer's own responsibility to check the compatibility on its intended vehicle for the products in our webshop. Note that all products in our webshop - where applicable and unless explicitly indicated otherwise - are by default intended for left hand drive (LHD) vehicles only.
  
  
• For all the products in our webshop, the original guarantee and (technical) support from its manufacturer(s) and/or supplier(s) are applicable. FXbrands B.V. does not offer any (additional) guarantee. However we do offer help and support to our customers in the area of customer service, including communication with its manufacturer(s) and/or supplier(s).
  
  
• All products in our webshop require professional installation. It is strongly advised to seek advise or help from professional bodyshops or experienced garages. Also consider the fact that with every customisation of your vehicle - and inherently with every product from the aftermarket in general - additional (professional) work may be required with the installation. FXbrands B.V. is not liable for any consequences that may occur as a result of improperly executed installation of the products sold from our webshop.
  
  
• Products that require a quote for shipping costs may have additional costs for "Ex Works", which will show up on the offered quote when applicable.
  
  
• To avoid any disappointment when returning articles, always make sure to first do a careful (dry) test fitment or observation to see if the article would fit and look to your satisfaction before proceeding with any type of installation. Any signs of usage or damage to the article will be cause for either no refunding (rejection) or partial refunding only. Also see the information on our page Shipping & Returns.
  
  
• The products from RK Design are sold untreated and unpainted. Their products are hand made and can therefore have a slight tolerance. For perfect installation, adjustments and modifications by (professional) installers are required before they are painted.
  
  
• Estimates for shipping and delivery are based on the information as received from the manufacturer(s) and shipper(s) and are not guaranteed.
  
  
• All prices in the webshop are offered exclusive VAT. The indication "incl. tax" with the products in our webshop refer to Dutch VAT only. Depending on the shipping address within the EU, the applied VAT may be different (see our page on VAT & OSS).
  
  
• Backorders cannot be cancelled once production has started (cf. Terms & Conditions. article 11).
  
  
• Discounts (e.g. from promotions or rewards) offered in the webshop cannot be combined - only one discount per order is possible.
  
  
• The discount offered for every placed backorder is limited to one per month and cannot be used to trigger a new backorder discount. In addition multiple backorders placed in the same flow of production with the manufacturer will be treated as if it were one large backorder - for which only one backorder discount can be issued or discarded (i.e. when a backorder discount was already used for one of the backorders in this large backorder).
  
  
• All time and date references used in the webshop, e.g. for discount offerings, delivery times and such, are based on UTC+01:00 (Netherlands).

Additional Note

Please be aware that in some countries some products might be considered not street legal. Also some products might require some modification or conversion due to EU/US/UK version differences. FXbrands B.V. does not offer any support for this, not in materials (like e.g. conversion kits, cables) or services.
